Very helpful at all times, Nurse Lynda & Nurse Hazel are just so supportive in all matters. Receptionists are very helpful when ever i have been in even under the pressure of the new building works going on. only minus is the phone system is not always very helpful, but patient internet login i find is just the best way to deal with things. Thanks to all at Wall House.

Fran took a blood sample from me today and I did not feel the needle and she was very easy to talk to. Sharon was simply lovely took my blood pressure twice to ensure a complete reading and did not rush and save my time.

Doctor always friendly and helpful. Appointment systems could be improved although always manage to facilitate managing situations.

Courteous and helpful receptionits. I have difficult and this views so taking blood in tricky. 3 people tried but Hazel succeeded.
