My wife has some very complicated medical issued which all of the doctors and nursed take the time to understand and ensure that both she and I get the best possible treatment.

Problem with communication system.
Message said go to room 8 upstairs - I did this waited over 40 minutes and finally spoke to receptionist.
Dr Gupia did try to get me.
