Generally the attitude of the receptionists is supportive and helpful. Recently, I was very impressed with the way my query regarding new medication was dealt with when I called requesting advice. The lady who took my call was very thorough in passing on my Doctors instructions and also, her help in booking my follow up appointment was much appreciated.
