There were quite a few patients in the upstairs waiting area, 4 or 5 people too many for the seating provided. I had to wait over half an hour later than my scheduled appointment but this wasn't a major problem for me as i do not currently work. It would be pretty inconvenient if i worked though. Nevertheless, the doctor was incredibly helpful as usual, so this is probably why there was a delay. I'd rather that than have a rushed consultation where you aren't listened to properly. One important point i would like to raise is that as the radio was not on as it usually is, I could clearly hear consultation discussions. I suggest you put the radio back on please, as my husband, who waited for me outside the doctor's room, told me he could hear everything i discussed with the doctor, which means others did too!
