I needed an urgent appointment but needed to re-register as I've recently moved back to the area, the receptionist registered me quickly and half an hour later I had my appointment only twenty minutes from when the appointment was made.

Doctors listened and understood what you were asking for. Ran tests for problems in surgery whereas my old doctors did nothing for the same ongoing problem.
