Have not struggled to get on appointment whenever I have needed one. Every doctor/nurse I have seen has been incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. No recommended improvements.

Appointment hard to get quickly sometimes. However on this occasion 4 days only.

My appointments today are for non-urgent matters. They were booked on 22.01.19, so there has been a 3 week wait. I consider a 2 week wait period to be more reasuable for non-urgent/life threatening matters. Reception members of staff are always very helpful. Dr Ferguson is lovely.

I think the most frustrating thing is the phone line for the appointment system. I rang 56 times this morning before getting through, and it has been more than this before. Having spoken to people at other surgeries. I appreciate that this is a common issue, but perhaps there could be another more (time) different way for everyone.
