I thought the service I have received from my practice from the receptionists, to Paul the male nurse regarding my back. Janice and Julie the blood pressure and general overall health care and checks. And Claire the diabetic nurse has been so kind and understand and professional in my worrying time. I have been given the best care that I could have had. I have always been given appointments when available and fitted in when can. When I hear people referring to surgeries I thank God God for my. Thank you all. I would just like to say I never was a person to go to the doctors with the slightest thing but I seem I have nearly once or twice a wk for the last couple of month and I am always greeted with a smile even if girls on reception are really busy. My mum used to be a doctors receptionist so I know its a demanding job.

We thought the care with my husband was very good. He was worried about something and the reception fitted him in for a M.O.T. The nurses were very good and reassured him. He is now under the hospital regarding his shoulder. But it was the persistent staff at the surgery that got him the appointment. Thank you.
