Have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. My only issue is the appointment system. I work in a school so try to book appointments in holidays/before or after work. Even though there are workers appointments now, these seem difficult to get. I recently tried to book several weeks ahead, but on more than one occasion was told the diary/calendar didn't go that far. Why not? It should! Patients need to visit the doctors and nurses for all kinds of routine checks, surely it makes sense to let people book these in advance, rather than give up and not bother, then being sent a reminder through the post, costing the NHS money. Having said that I have always found all the staff at the practice incredibly friendly and very helpful. I always feel I am listened to, given the time I need to discuss my problems and my issues are taken seriously.
