Share review of The Village Group Practice

I feel the doctors are thorough that I have seen recently about my care but.... Sometimes it is difficult getting an appointment, more should be offered for shift workers ie earlier and later appointments. By the time I get through in a morning all the appointments have gone. I can be in queue position 1 but still be waiting 20 minutes to get through. I feel this could be improved.
