Our area uses a system call Anima which is so much more convenient than the old system whereas you call (along with many other people) at 8am. You create an account and from 7.30am you are able to log your reason for requiring a GP. I received an email a few hours later and was provided with an appointment. When I attended the doctors surgery, they were wonderful! My appointment required a chaperone (a lady who works in reception), she along with GP Betty were so kind, friendly and understanding. I have attended a few GP practices throughout the years due to moving and this surgery by far is the best!
