improve phone manor!
Make it easier for people to get appoinmtnets, and get more phones so it doesnt take 38 times to eventually get through to then be told no appointments and call back tomorrow!!!

I find the staff very helpful and caring.
they listen to what i ask for.
I would like the appointments to be available for the same day.
