I live approx 2 miles away. i called yesterday to get an appointment to be told i had to come in at 8:30 to get an appointment. Due to traffic it took 10 min to drive in. i got an appointment for 09:50. not wanting to sit in the waiting room for over an hour i had to drive home. So in total today I will be travelling 8 miles, about 40 min to get seen. On top of that, even though my appointment was less than 2 hrs after you open, I have, so far, waited in reception for over 45 MINS! I think the booking process and wait times are a disgrace.
