The worst clinic and customer service I have ever encountered. The staff is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. the worst reception manager I've ever net. you can't get any urgent appointments, they hang up the phone on you. even if the GP asks you to book an appointment with her for a following checkup, they ignore it. I've been in severe pain and have tried to get an appointment, but instead have been 'educated' that my case isn't an emergency unless I'm willing to wait for 4 hours at the NE. so the receptionist there makes a medical assessment when I got angry, she hang up on me without offering me an appointment at all.
