I find the surgery has gone down hill in the last few years,I have been with this practice for over 30 years, it is more than difficult to get an appointment, i never ever see the same doctor, and I find Dr Mendes very rude and offhand the whole place is old fashioned and mucky looking,the only good thing is the staff in reception and the nurses,

Perhaps the the place could be updated ,the GP comes out and shouts your name out,if your hard of hearing it very embarrassing.and it would be nice if you could actually book an appointment instead of phoning on the day and hopefully you might be lucky to get one.
