Never sure if there is going to be a DR on duty that's if you can get pass certain receptionists. When you do get to see the DR got told couldn't have something recommended by consultant or asked to find out at pharmacy if item is available on prescription. Best receptionist is Kirsty, she gets all the mistakes corrected, but as for the rest to the team well they leave a lot to be desired. Need to have a regular DR and customer service needs to be improved.
