The reception staff are extremely incompetent. Over the last year I have rang the practice to request blood test results but I was refused them (even though they were 2 weeks over due) and was told to call yet again a week later. Following this episode I have had 5/6 appointments at the practice (in the last year) only to be informed once I turned up turn up that they were not made. The one appointment that was made I had to wait over 2hours for the appointment without being told there was a a wait. I have also turned up to the practice expecting to have a vaccine only to be told (once I was there) that they didn't have the vaccine-something the practice were aware of from the morning. It would have made sense for the practice to inform me before setting off for my appointment but this is something that Haling park medical practice are extremely incompetent in doing. The GPs that I have seen there are very helpful. It's just a shame that a good service provided by the Gp's are let down massively by inconpetent receptionist staff. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Poor service.
