As I am fed up with the inaccessibility of seeing my GP. There is a mess at the practice between the doctors and the receptionists. Last year, with ongoing back pain, I was directed 4 times for a blood test within a three week period; I still am yet to receive the results and when I enquired about the reasons for this many blood tests, they were testing various organs that were unrelated to the pain I had. All that was needed was one sole blood test for all of this. Thanks to the changes they have recently introduced, it has become impossible to book an appointment.

Suggested improvements
Not introduced more forms with useless questions to book appointments, especially as these are all online and not easily accessible to everyone, especially older people. There are too many patients signed up to this practice - 17,500. I would improve the quality, not the quantity - that's why this practice was rated 'inadequate' by the Care Quality Commission in April.
