Text message received to call surgery, receptionist gave me date & time options & if I wanted a face to face. I opted for a tele call.

Sometimes have to spend quite a while waiting on the phone to get an appointment but can usually get one in an acceptable timeframe.

The air conditioning unit was dripping and whilst it didn’t actually hit me a drop did hit the bed I was lying on. Apart from that maintenance issue the surgery is well organised and provides a good service.

Had a regular diabetes check. Jennie was brilliant.

Only there for a blood test so some questions don't apply. However was seen a few minutes early and test was carried out very professionally and was one of the best I've ever had with no bruising and hardly a mark so thank you and well done Dawn.

Could not have been any better . Keep up the good work!!
