Came for blood test with Jennie best phlebotomist you have and only person who knows how to get blood unfortunately the others in the surgery take ages and leave me with umpteen bruises Didn’t use receptionist

Ensure antibac for hands dispensers are full most are empty Make getting an appt easier

Faye is so lovely and the best doctor I’ve had she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and getting the appointment wasn’t that difficult and I felt I was spoke to and kept up to date on what was happening
