Never phone in, only call in to surgery where receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.

The receptionist then phoned me with helpful information.

The receptionist was very helpful helpful. The nurse waited for me whilst I filled in a form. I got a call back from Dr in about 2hrs to tell me to collect a prescription.
Couldn’t be any better than that.
