The Glebe surgery is extremely well managed and is now efficient and effective in providing healthcare for people living in our locality. I commend the management of the Surgery and everyone working there for having achieve this at a difficult time for the NHS.

The car park at The Surgery is not an easy area to park a car safely and I recommend that it is looked at to see if improvements can be made

Entered some carefully thought out feedback several times but this app closed several times during entry for ‘security’ reasons. Not doing it again. 1 No confidence in IT or nhs systems 2 The Garbevis so overworked they do not seem to have time to keep updated with one another about patient status 3 Much time wasted repeating myself 4 Loss of my confidence with their performance

When I need to speak to someone urgently I usually can. Appointments are well timed. Only had postive help from full medical and reception team.
