Only slight problem was registering that I had arrived, the log in arrival screen showed the practioneers name & not mine, which was confusing, so I checked with receptionist who was able to confirm I had logged in but it did waste their time unnecessarily

I called into the gp surgery that morning and receptionist very helpful and friendly and managed to get a telephone appointment the same day, which also went very well.

It was fantastic. Nothing could have been done better
