Very supportive, caring and professional in all areas of the practice, from calling to book the appointment, the receptionist on arrival, the diagnosis and advice from the advanced practice nurse to the receptionist and duty doctor who answered my contraindications query later on the phone, meaning I could take the antibiotics with peace of mind. This practice is always caring and professional.

Had to wait quite a while for a drs telephone appointment. I couldn’t get a blood test done at the surgery & had to go to Worthing Hospital to get one.

Efficient surgery, I’m delighted with the care I’m getting from the GP and the nurses

A member of staff held an overly long chat in the waiting room with a couple who were obviously known to each other. It was loud, laughing, joking, and went on for at least 20 minutes. I thought that if I’d been there worried about some health problem the last thing I’d need would be a party atmosphere. I’m exaggerating a bit, but a gp waiting room isn’t the place for loud raucous chat - find a cafe and do it there!
