I put in an econsult to get a referral to a private hospital, but a f2f appt was booked and this felt like a waste of time for myself and the Dr.

From the moment I sat down with the doctor, nothing was rushed. I felt totally listened to and that the doctor was fully engaging with my concerns. I always feel at ease with her. We were able to come up with a workable plan to move things forward and she booked bloods and a follow up appointment there and then.
