The surgery contacted me to make an appointment for a medication review. Dr Sherwell is so good at explaining things. He is patient and willing answers your questions. We changed one medication dosage but it was totally a joint decision, I was under no pressure to say yes. I am so thankful for my GP and the practice.

The phone response time is very good and the receptionist dealt with my reason for calling very professionally. Where follow up action is promised this has always been delivered swiftly.

My experience of dealing with the Glebe has been excellent.
