I put five star for booking in with reception but I actually booked myself in. Nonetheless the reception team are always kind and helpful as are the telephone appointments team.

For this appointment nothing. It was a bloods appointment with Dawn who was welcoming and kindly professional.

Dawn took blood from me was very gentle as I’m not very good with needles big thank you Mr Tony Portsmouth

Still long wait on phone unless remember to call late in the day. Not needed appt. lately must say have been able to see my own Doctor when needed . Thank you .
