There was a 40 minute wait on the phone line (“caller 12 in the queue”) when calling around 10:30.
When i saw her Dr Woodhams was excellent and very reassuring.

Easier in person than by telephone.

I know GPs are under pressure but it can take at least 2 weeks to get a face to face appointment.
