I have been impressed at the care I have received from all at the Glebe surgery
Receptionists always helpful, nurses who give excellent care as well as an empathetic ear and the amazing Dr Sherwell who epitomises the very best practice, a listening and professional doctor who always makes you feel that any concerns are taken seriously

I have been with the Glebe Surgery for many years, with Dr Lewis before she retired and Dr Sherwell since, I am not the easiest of patient regarding finding a suitable pain relief but Dr Sherwell is amazing, he has done everything and more to help me, is understanding and above all compassionate, I couldn’t wish for a better GP. The reception staff have also been friendly and have tried their hardest to get me appointments as soon as possible, in the aftermath of covid when I’m sure all the staff have been on the receiving end of anger and frustration from patients I can only speak for myself in saying ever you at The Glebe has been outstanding!

Long time to answer the phone, stuck in a queue system & occasionally have been cut off!

I used the self checkin, so need to join the queue to see the receptionist

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience with our phone lines and can certainly understand how frustrating it must be. We are aware of this problem and are working diligently with the company that operates our phone system to get this resolved as soon as possible. We are also going to be moving to a new system in the near future which will hopefully provide a better experience for all our patients.

I didn’t have to wait too long for to get through by phone

Nothing really. I had to wait a while to see doc but that Sidney cause me inconvenience.

Waited 40 mins after appointment time before being seen by doctor.

Better manage doctor schedule to ensure appointments are executed on time.
