It is not always easy to make an appointment but I was able to on this occasion.

I had to call and ask for my appt to be moved as I was running late. The receptionist was really helpful and moved it to 6pm same day. I was seen on time and Jenni who did my B12 is always friendly and efficient.

I think we have a wonderful surgery in these difficult NHS times. I feel very blessed, as many of us do, to have Dr Marco as my GP. He’s always making a thorough appraisal of any situation and I respect and have big time confidence in his decision making. He’s easy to talk with in any discussion. Thank you.

The appointment was made for me sand it appears to have been straightforward and within a short space of time. The session was clear and concise. I was heard and got a satisfactory response.

Staff at The Glebe are great. Very friendly, the surgery is as welcoming as a GP surgery can be and I managed to get an appointment easily.
