Jeanne was her usual very pleasant and helpfully efficient self. Harry at Reception is an absolute star - I'm sure he's seen as an immense asset for all sorts of reasons.

Making appointments by telephone is nigh on impossible. Fortunately I live close enough for it not to be an issue - making one at Reception is perfectly straightforward.

I will pass your comments back to the staff who will be very pleased to know you were happy with your experience. I would also like to reassure you that we will be changing providers for our phone system by the end of the year which should make calling us a better experience.

Got an appointment same day after explaining my situation and symptoms.

Told I would get a call from either Dr Ellis or Dr Marco tomorrow. 4.15pm still have not heard anything.

Since moving to storrington I have been very impressed with the practice, staff (admin and clinical) at the glebe surgery. Everyone is polite, friendly and smiles. The team are so helpful and always go out of their way to provide efficient and patient centred care.
