Incredible service. Rang at 2.20. Spoke to a doctor 10 mins later. A further 10 mins later and a discussion with the doctor and s prescription issued

I came in with the rash on Wednesday and no one would see me and I was just told to carry on taking the antihistamine. Even though I had no other symptoms I would have thought even a nurse should have seen it. I then had a phone triage on Friday morning with Dr Marco C. and was then seen by him within an hour - excellent!

Receptionist was very helpful, quickly understanding my overall explanation of why I was calling. I subsequently had a prompt conversation with one of the doctors which will hopefully set me on the right path to recovery without the need to have taken up more of their time by coming in. Very professional and caring.
