The doctor listened to my problem, looked up my history and asked me relevant questions. He came across as friendly and very professional. He explained the medication and gave me good advice

I had a blood test appointment but the hospital didn’t provide the required form.
The nurse made time to see me again just two hours later and was able to source the form on line upon seeing my hospital letter. Her manner was friendly and helpful.

The caring receptionist picked up very quickly that I was in a lot of pain and acted speedily and most professionally to get me the medical attention I was so desperately in need of.
I was shown great consideration by Doctor Sherwell who took the time and patience to reach a diagnosis. A very understanding man indeed as is my regular Doctor Jenny Ellis who has cared for me throughout the years and I’m indeed extremely grateful for all their professionalism and help. ☺️

I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, feeling quite panicky, these guys got me in for an examination within 45 mins, Amazing team.
Always have been.
So grateful you can't imagine

Was hoping to make an appointment with doctor after speaking to appointments receptionist was directed to a specialist nurse who saw me within 2 days made diagnosis and prescribed appropriate medication extremely satisfied with overall quality of service well done to all staff of Glebe surgery
