Took 45mins to get through but then managed to get a cancellation for blood test

Well, I specifically asked for an appointment with Julie Bell to discuss Semaglutide and ended up being booked with Rachel, who's field of expertise does not include Semaglutide. Rachel very kindly said she'd relay my message to Julie.

Booked an appointment with a nurse admittedly with two weeks notice, got seen on time. All done no hassle.
