It sometimes takes a while to get through. They are getting a new system so hopefully that will improve.

I have always had excellent service with all areas within The Glebe Surgery. Everyone is always very helpful and yesterday arriving for our flu jab the system was running smoothly.

Booked for a flu & covid jabs as we are on holiday from 23rd but somewhere during the week it has changed to just flu without advice, disappointed as now only able to get covid after our holiday which isn’t ideal
