Not easy to get through on the telephone to make an appointment, I also experienced difficulty online but in person, easy.

My text invitation for the flu vaccine was followed by prompt reminders for date and time.
Suggested improvements
Nothing you could do to improve an excellent Saturday surgery for the vaccinations.
I booked my Covid vaccination at the entrance and Waite 30 seconds to be directed to a nurse. It could not have quicker and much more expedient than being ‘called’ to a room.
Well done everyone.
