There is always a long wait on the telephone and then to actually get an appointment either telephone or face to face can be weeks away.

Pre-booked appointments. All on time, all went well and advice received and choices made. Satisfied with the treatment.

The only irritant is the stupid pop music playing somewhere in the waiting room. Not useful!

Very efficient. I felt like Dr Garrett cared about my issue.

Waiting time on the phone can sometimes be long but I phoned early which helps.
