I felt listened too after expressing my current worries over my conditions.

Nothing really however appointment was a call for 10am and I got a call just before midday. I appreciate that getting behind can happen but maybe a quick text to advise on a delay?

Just in for a blood test. Lovely nurse Jeni, gave me lots of information, very efficient, very considerate. Excellent.

All went smoothly. Booking in easy. On time. Service couldn't have been improved more!!

I'm always very satisfied with my vists to the Glebe surgery. It's fairly easy to get an appointment. My doctor (Dr. Woodhams) is always sympathetic to my needs and gives good advice.

In my opinion you've got it about right.

Unless you phone at 8.30 it can be a long wait to speak to a receptionist.
