Never easy to get an appointment after waiting on phone for a ling time

You have not coordinated with Horder centre over discharge notes post operation

I didn’t need the receptionist for this appointment. It’s hard to get through on the phone and there are long lead times to speak to a doctor or have a face to face appointment.

Normally very easy to get an appointment, but sometimes a receptionist doesn’t come across as helpful or friendly & seems to give a longer waiting time for an appointment, that someone else a few days before would give you one that week for the same issue

Surgery was empty. I turned up 10 minutes early to 2 other people there. 1 other person turned up & all 3 left by the time the nurse came by to call me, over 15 minutes after my appointment was due. She hadn’t been out before that. She then was stopped by a very cheerful nurse to look at what I assume was just the difference in colour between two pots she had. I don’t mind waiting, but when there’s no obvious reason why & then there’s a brief conversation on our way into the room, I thought I’d point it out. That’s only picking though, the appointment went well & she was really thorough & friendly

Excellent service but very frustrating that I am still unable to access my blood test results despite advising that I can’t get access to my patient details numerous times. Each time I’m told someone will contact me but this never happens. I just trust if no one contacts me my results must be gone but who know? It’s very unsatisfactory! PLEASE could someone look into this for me!
