I had difficulty getting an appointment for a blood test as the wait was so long. I had to cancel twice, once when we had to go away for a few days and the other when I had Covid. Finally I had an appointment I had booked and when I arrived discovered it had been cancelled! Fortunately after telling reception of my difficulties I was fitted in the following day. It seems they are short of nurses. I rarely use the surgery as I have no need to , but my experience this time was very different to how it has been in the past. I have been with the Glebe surgery for over 30 years.

All the staff are absolutely lovely and very professional as always, so I would say the surgery just needs more pairs of hands.

The receptionist was kind and helpful. The Dr called us back quickly and we were seen 2 hours later which is amazing. Dr Marco was very warm and attentive. Thank you so much for looking after my son!

A shorter wait time on the phone but I understand it was a Monday morning.
