Lucy Case was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given this option of a coaching referral by Dr Ellis, which I took up. As a result I am much more aware of lifestyle choices, in particular diet and was given the opportunity of another referral to Chanctonbury Leisure Centre for which I am now a member and benefitting from using the gym and receiving a good supporting programme. At my last session with L Case I was informed about the 12 week Horsham Council Wellbeing course which I have enrolled onto.

The only point really is finding about the services that I’ve now been introduced to earlier during my first introduction to Glebe. However this was close to the Covid pandemic.

The surgery called me to book an appointment for a medication review. Which is great because I wouldn’t have remembered. I spoke to the GP she was knowledgeable and respected my views.

Cannot get through in the phone so come into the surgery

I had a diabetic review where bloods were done. I felt the review was very basic especially as there were no blood results to establish where I was with my levels. This has caused me to have another appointment as my bloods results were high. I also discussed some issues with my feet, which the HCA was not qualified to comment on but made a note. There has been no follow up. It would make sense to have the bloods results before the review to be able to discuss if there are issues and have the review with someone qualified to discuss diabetic related issues with.
