My Dr listened attentively, felt that she understood my concerns and was proactive in getting tests in place to investigate further.

For appointments, even telephone consultations, to be made available sooner than current wait times.

Despite I had to wait over 45 minutes on a telephone cue, everything went well and the staff is really attentive

On check in the screen said to wait downstairs, instead I meant to wait upstairs. I think the system should ne updated to give better informations where to go, without having the need to ask the overworked reception staff, that they work extremely hard

My continued treatment with this surgery, in all departments, has been excellent. The GP I saw yesterday, Dr. Jenkins, has been and was extremely thorough. I felt I was being really looked after and cared for. Thank you Dr. Jenkins and everyone at the Glebe

I had a few issues a few months ago with regards to the doses on my prescriptions by amended/increased.
