Not too difficult to get an appointment though can be a bit in the future. Receptionists try to come up with alternatives

The nurse I saw was pleasant and efficient, putting me quickly at ease; I find visiting any surgery/hospital etc extremely stressful and rarely easy, so this matters.

However, later , there was only one receptionist on duty and a queue of approximately 7-8 people, all of whom had multiple questions. Therefore I had a 25 minute wait to hand in a urine sample and nearly missed the 2pm deadline! Is there any way this situation could be avoided, maybe by more receptionists being on duty?

I had no problem contacting the surgery, arranging appointment or delay in getting seen. seen. The doctor and nurses were efficient, clear and concise.

There were no problems or adverse issues.

As always, the surgery is extremely busy as it’s the only one to cater for the whole area. So appointments can be hard to get.

More doctors would be the only thing needed

Everything I would expect to happen actually did. In fact I was seen 5 mins before my appointment time.

Just keep doing what you are doing.
