If I treated my Clients in a similar manner I would have no clients and no career.
It could well be attitudes are created by there not being enough Doctors at the Glebe.
I do feel attitudes in the health service have deteriorated since COVID.
The front office is excellent and well run.

Treated me as an important human being with health concerns, of mature age during which I have known many die due to poor diagnosis

My appointment to see the nurse was scheduled for 14.50 and I was seen at approx 30 mins after this time. Not ideal but in realm of things currently going on perhaps acceptable but worth reporting in my opinion, otherwise you don't know.
