I have sometimes had to wait a couple of weeks to see my GP, but when I have needed a same day appointment I have so far been able to get one.

At my previous surgery they used a visual display to indicate if a doctor was running late and also to display the name of patient when called. Helpful for deaf patients like me who are on edge a little constantly listening out for my name.

Since moving to the area 3 years ago, I have been impressed by The Glebe, I’ve received exceptional treatment and care.

I honestly can’t think of anything!

Booked vaccine appointment for 16:10 and my at 16:07 but when we arrived at 16:03 there was a huge queue which we didn’t join because we would have had to queue for over 30 minutes in the cold and neither of us is able to stand for that length of time in the cold. So it was a complete waste of time. I know it’s not anyone’s fault really but we now haven’t been vaccinated and not sure where we go from here

Considering the volume of people the staff were having to deal with the whole thing went as smoothly as I could have hoped for.

Can be on the phone for quite a long time but they are aware of this and are trying to resolve the problem

I kept getting messages about my phone appointment but it was an in person appointment which was a little confusing
