My recent experiences of trying to get an appointment have been stressful but I was grateful to get my initial telephone assessment and follow up in person appointments this time round

There is always a long delay in getting through to the Surgery by phone. The last time I tried, I was 11in the queue.
Suggested improvements
Either employ more operators or, perhaps, arrange a system where the day is split into segments by initial letters answered during a certain period.

Staff and nurses excellent very patient professional putting me at ease.

Can’t think of anything to improve but have a coffee/ tea while you are waiting only joking I know not possible.
