I thought that the service given was excellent on the day I visited the surgery. The NHS is struggling but considering that my treatment on the 19th was top notch. We'll see how long it takes to get my hospital appointment, that might be a different matter.

It can be difficult to get through to make an appointment and then to get one quickly. That being said, if you desperately need to be seen on the day, you Do get seen

A male receptionist upset my additional needs daughter with his loud and rude behaviour towards her. I have not seen him change sadly. My daughter always worries in case he is on reception. I think that this is appalling, especially when reception staff have no idea what a patient is having to live with and should approach all strangers who appear in front of them with care. A patient should always feel safe at the doctors surgery.

This surgery has always provided excellent care with sincere empathy towards us. The receptionists will do their utmost to help. Led by an exceptional nurse, the supporting medical team demonstrate care and sensitivity, friendliness and professionalism. The doctors will offer telephone appointments with the possibility to convert to a face to face appointment . My own GP is approachable and efficient offering both physical and mental support..

Was telephone appointment so answers are based on my usual experience. Dr Newson is always so incredibly supportive and listens offering really good options and meaningful help… can never fault your team.. helpful and there when I need you! Well done and thank you!

I feel very fortunate to have the Glebe as my local surgery. All of the staff are very friendly and efficient and, in non- emergency cases, I can get an appointment quite soon with my own doctor, which is very helpful and reassuring.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Perhaps it could be helpful to book an appointment online when the telephone line is busy, but I can understand the need to triage requests. The receptionists are very good and knowledgeable.
