I was told I would receive a call back about medication being available and a call to book blood tests but this hasn’t happened to communication doesn’t seem to be that clear.

Easy to get an appointment but not so easy to get one with a doctor . Just takes a long time on the phone then even longer to see a doctor . But better than most I hear :)

I was keen to get a few problems regarding medication resolved. It now appears that this has been achieved. As this was a telephone call, I cannot comment on cleanliness or receptionists.

Everything was fine.
