Maybe one more sign in screen for when it's busy and move them away from where it is now as it forms a queue right in front of area where access is needed.

Fantastic service yet again from the Glebe surgery today. My husband phoned with a skin complaint. The receptionist sent him a link to upload photos, a doctor reviewed them, called him with a diagnosis and prescribed the necessary medication. All without him having to step foot out of work. You always look after our family so well and we are always very grateful to have such a great surgery.

Glebe surgery have always provided me with excellent care, despite the added pressures currently within in the NHS, I have found the administration staff very accommodating and helpful, both GP's I have seen recently were very thorough, supportive and reassuring.
