Prompt answering of the phone - the 0830 to 0930 approach really works. Both seen the same day (me and my son).

We didn't know which Dr we were seeing, so weren't in the right waiting room.

Reasoning that there are chronic staff shortages in the NHS. The high 'GP to patient ratio' and an ageing population. The Glebe would appear in my experience to be delivering above the average for England as a whole, if National Stats are anything to go by. With other Countries looking to recruit our trained medical staff with offers, I can not see us competing with. I am grateful that the team at the Glebe strives to deliver what it can in such a thankless culture as exists in England these days.

Nothing that any of us has the power to change overnight I'm afraid. GTTO.

Overall very excellent, initial telephone call to arrange appointment was very difficult, but I am aware you gave issues with the system at present. Reception and nurse seen were really nice and helpful.

Telephone but I believe that is in hand.

Every time I have to contact this surgery the treatment from reception to doctors has been first class. Never a problem with Glebe Surgery. To put it into a single word - Wonderful

Unfortunately the blood tests had to be redone as the originals were incorrectly labeled and weren’t processed at the lab. A bit inconvenient.
