Dr Jenkins was so professional explaining everything to me, he did not rush the appointment, complete 5* care. I was a bit disappointed with the young ladies on reception, both were laughing at something on the computer screen and totally ignored me, and left me standing there, in the end I had to ask to be checked in! They then acknowledged me.

Reception training, this is a customer facing position and I was made to feel a nuisance for interrupting them

Sometimes there are quite a few people in the queue so waiting for your phone call to be taken can take rather a long time.

I am delighted with the treatment I receive from the Glebe Surgery and have no complaints whatsoever.

I understand why making an appointment isn't easy because of the workload and the challenges of demanding patients. I think you all do, an often thankless task extremely well!

Run a few old episodes of "Doctors" on a loop in the waiting rooms...

Appointment was for my son who has additional needs. It was a tricky appointment time for him and he was 'busy' in the office, but I didn't feel he was misunderstood/judged. I felt listened to and thar Dr Ellis understood my concerns, she was helpful and understanding and I trust her to make the referrals needed. Surgery and all of the staff are always kind and helpful.
